Tyler and Thomas J. McCarthy. Our lawyers have informed us that the PSI prepared, signed, and filed by Ms. Tyler in 05cr1115 and the PSI filed by Mr. McCarthy in 04cr1224 SDNY both are counterfeited, fabricated, and null and void ab initio.
Our legal counsels tell us that the PSIs were deliberately falsified, fabricated, and counterfeited as the critical elements in an illegal scheme and criminal device manufactured and concocted by federal court District Judges William H. Pauley, III (05cr1115) and Robert W. Sweet (deceased) (04cr1224) to have Atlanta, GA lawyer Mr. Ware falsely imprisoned for his adamant refusal to issue the requested bogus and fraudulent Rule 144(k) legal opinions to the 02cv2219 (SDNY) lawsuit's plaintiffs. Judicially ruled and judicially admitted 15 USC 77b(a)(11) statutory underwriters of 02cv2219 defendant GPMT. A criminal violation of Section 5(a) of the 1933 Securities Act. Why has the DOJ not opened a criminal investigation on David N. Kelley, Alexander H. Southwell, Michael J. Garcia, Steven D. Feldman, Judge Pauley, Judge McMahon and the others involved in this obvious criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice? This is the most blatant conspiracy I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteThere has been no investigation because the DOJ itself set up this scam as they have done many times in the past against African Americans... that is why these criminals have not been indicted and prosecuted. However, Mr. Ware, we have been told has retained a large law firm who has prepared a massive civil complaint against the government and the criminals.
